I’m always on the look out for interesting patterns that can accentuate a sculpt. The Mystic was no different. The robes were fashioned from a Japanese made bandana embossed with gold flowers and geishas I purchased at Pop Killer, Little Tokyo. Although, grotesque in appearance, The Mystic is a peacemaker and makes a hand-sign for love while his other hand is placed over his heart. This piece has been exhibited at the Hive Gallery, LA.
